L’Oreal recently launched the L’Oreal Paradise Enchanted Scented Eye shadow palette along with some blushes, mascara primer and eyeliner. The L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara is well loved by many, so maybe they are making the Paradise Collection a thing. Well! I am not complaining. L’Oreal is one of my first and favorite brands. I love so many products by the brand. Thus I got the new L’Oreal Paradise Enchanted Scented Eyeshadow Palette as well as the blush from Amazon. But in this post I will be talking about the eyeshadow palette.

L’Oreal Paris presents the Paradise Enchanted Eye Shadow Palette. Get enchanted with 12 captivating warm eye shadow shades including creamy, ivory, rosy nudes, bronzed ambers and pops of coral pinks. From the range of shimmering pearls to a matte finish, you will have everything you need to create endless enchanting eyeshadow looks. The soft, velvety texture allows for ultra-blendable application and rich color pay off. Our scented eye shadow palette is infused with an enchanting fruit scent for an ultimate sensorial experience.Â
The packaging of the L’Oreal Paradise Enchanted Scented Eye shadow Palette is a simple rosy pink plastic palette with clear lid. The packaging is okay. The quality of the plastic case is good, but it does not have a mirror. The palette is fairly smaller in size which I like. It is easy to store and travel friendly. Besides I like smaller palettes. There is a step by step guide at the back of the palette which is very helpful for beginners. The guide will help you create four different looks.
The palette features 12 wearable neutral eyeshadows. There are five mattes, six shimmer shadows and one is satin finish. These shadows are infused with a sweet fruity fragrance. When I opened the palette the scent seemed was mild but now I feel it is very- very faint. We have to sniff it closely. The scent is pleasant. I have not tried the Too Faced peach scented makeup, however this palette is a great option. It reminds me of the Milani Earthy elements palette. But the shades are more vibrant in the Milani palette. L’Oreal Paradise Enchanted Palette is more muted and subtle.
The formula of the L’Oreal Paradise Enchanted Scented Eye Shadow Palette is quite creamy. The texture feels light and silky. I find it is creamy and a little powdery at the same time. However, it is easy to work with. The eye shadows do not have names. I will just post the picture of the swatches.
The pigmentation of all the eyeshadows in this palette is great. These last a good amount of time on the eyes. Both matte and shimmer shades blend easily. The color selection is pretty as well. However, the shades are quite generic. But these are perfect for daily/office use. I don’t own any peach toned neutrals, so I am glad to have it. Well, I have some neutral palettes like the Colourpop Dream St. and the Milani Everyday Eyes Must Have Naturals palette. But it is no where close to the L’Oreal’s peachy toned shadows. Even the Covergirl TruNaked Goldens Palette is different. I think I should stop justifying my purchase and linking my other posts here ;-).  If you prefer these kind of neutral shades and don’t mind a little fragrance, you will enjoy the L’Oreal Paradise Enchanted Scented Eye Shadow Palette.
Overall, I liked this palette. It is just gorgeous. Even though the formula of the L’Oreal Paradise Enchanted Scented Eye Shadow Palette is a little different from the mini L’Oreal Pocket Eyeshadow palettes, I love it for these work well. The creaminess, blendability, pigmentation is great. I wish they would have come up with some lip products as well, because L’Oreal lipsticks and their Pro Matte Glosses are my favorite. This eyeshadow palette is available on Amazon for $11.99. These are pricier at the drugstore. And on the L’Oreal’s Website the price mentioned is $14.99, however it also says buy from Amazon. I am not sure it these are amazon exclusive. I like that drugstore has some really great makeup.

This looks like such a pretty palette but sadly the colours are too warm for me. I’m intrigued by the scent though, I had a L’Oreal blusher ages ago which was scented and it was lovely. And no need to justify your purchases, haha, so glad you like this one! X

The palette sounds great however I already have most of the shades on here so It will probably not be worth it to get this. Curious about the creamy texture though, I will have to swatch it in stores!

Your swatches bring these shades to life with the orange popsicle shade pleasantly jumping out at me. It’s unusual to me for a shadow but I bet when it’s blended with the other shades it works a treat:)
