Hello everyone! Happy spring season to you all. 🙂 Spring is the most colorful season of the year with some beautiful flowers starting to grow. This is the time to rock some colorful nail polishes for the spring. Here are some of my favorite spring nail polishes that I want to share. Well technically speaking living in the tropical country we rarely experience “springtime”. But the beautiful pictures of the spring motivated me to go through my nail polish collection and bring out some pretty pastels that are beautiful to wear during the spring time. Spring is the time to flaunt some bright yet pastel shades on your nails along with some colorful and bright makeup. My take on spring nail polishes include a few bright as well as warm tones. Hope you like.
Essence 118 Little Miss Sunrise – A pretty yellow shade that reminds me of the small little yellow flowers that start to bloom. I saw a picture in one of my blogger friend Yiota’s blog post here. I just loved her picture with those yellow flowers. Besides yellow is the trending color this season. I have seen yellow nail polishes everywhere. This shade is just spring to me. It is looking too bright and vibrant in the picture due to the direct sunlight. Essence is one of my favorite drugstore brands. These polishes are so opaque in once coat it is amazing as these are also very inexpensive.
Essie Boom Boom Room – a beautiful pastel pink, that is not too bright nor too muted either. Just perfect for spring time. Essie is a brand with huge color selection and last a long time on the nails.
Pastel No. 142 – This is a beautiful lavender purple again a reminder of spring. Pastel is a brand I discovered while I was living in Cambodia. There were some beautiful shades available by this brand. I searched online about the brand, however found nothing. Maybe this is some Asian brand not sure though. However the quality and the shades are great. Plus these were very affordable.
Essence 24 Indian Summer – A pretty light peach. A white based peach with a hint of orange. This shade is bright enough to brighten your day. I find Essence polishes very long lasting with wide shade selection and amazing formula. I have to mention the brush, which is thick and helps to apply the nail polish very easily. This shade is available on the Essence website.
Lakme Absolute Gold Dust – I had to include a beautiful shimmer polish that looks a little champagne golden shade with slight pink to it. Giving a rose gold vibe. This is a shade that can be worn anytime of the year. However I thought of adding it here as we need some nude shades and some shimmer in our lives. This is an old one in my collection. About the brand Lakme is an Indian brand that has been around for more than 50 years. They have some amazing makeup and skin care that is very affordable and great quality. My first makeup as well as nail polish was from Lakme. I have a special connection with this brand. You can visit the Lakme website.
OPI Hands Off My Kielbasa – This post would not be complete without the mention of an OPI nail polish. This shade is like Ahh! Absolutely gorgeous on the nails. Every time I wear this polish I feel Ahh! It’s so pretty haha! This is a nude shade with a hint of peach with a hint of brightness. There is a slight warmth to it. When light hits there is a golden shift to it. I just love this shade. Besides A nude shade is always needed in all seasons. You can check the OPI website for some beautiful shades.
Pastel No. 134 – A perfect spring nail polish. I think you all will agree. A bright yet muted mauve-y pink. I love this shade as well.
These are all the spring nail polishes that I am enjoying currently. Hope you liked my take on spring nail polishes. I am not sure about the availability of these nail polishes that I have shared, however you can definitely find similar shades if you liked some. I love that yellow on you! I have tried many shades of yellow but it clashes like crazy against my skin tone and makes my fingers look dirty. 🙁

Much as I adore OPI for their colours, quality, and staying power, I think my favourite is the Lakme Absolute Gold Dust one. That would look amazing with a tan, I think. Some lovely colour choices here, Via, perfect spring vibes! x
