ELF Natural Glow Face Palette Review

Hi! Today I have the ELF Natural Glow Face Palette to review. ELF is one of my favorite brands at the drugstore that is cruelty free and 100% vegan. You know sometimes we purchase things just for the packaging. Well! This purchase on mine was solely for the packaging haha! Please let me know in the comments if you too do that sometimes. 😉 Besides ELF is such an inexpensive brand. I have a couple ELF palettes that have the standard black matte packaging. However this one was different. You can see the packaging of the ELF Blush Palette.

Product Details – This three-in-one total face palette includes a beautifully bare bronzer, highlighter and two blushes. The weightless, silky formula is perfect for sculpting and adding soft, natural dimension to the face. The complementing shades and lightweight formulas are easy to blend to help you achieve a natural flawless look.

As I mentioned earlier I loved the packaging. ELF has really stepped it up in the packaging department with this palette. The packaging of the ELF natural glow face palette is similar to their blush and highlight palettes. A sturdy plastic four pan palette with a nice mirror. The only difference here is that the other four pan palettes are sleek black with matte finish, whereas the face palette is very shiny, silver and glossy which looks like mirror. The beautiful packaging catches finger prints very well too.

Inside we get four pans of product one highlighter, one matte bronzer and two shades of matte blushes. Similar to the other palettes by ELF the pans of this palette can be popped out to mix and match the shades when we require. This comes handy when we are travelling.

The formulation of the powders inside is very soft and silky. These are finely milled and feel buttery smooth when touched. They blend beautifully. However, the pigmentation is not strong. Maybe because it is meant to give a “Natural” flawless look.

Highlighter – The highlighter in the ELF Natural Glow Face Palette is a very soft neutral champagne shade. I am mentioning champagne, actually in the swatch there is barely any color. It has a natural sheen, no shimmer or glitter which is quite unique. It reminds me of my Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders as it provides just a very subtle glow to the skin. However, we can layer it to get a good highlight that will look natural.

The two blushes in this palette are matte. Both the shades are pretty coral shades with a decent amount of pigmentation. One blush is more of a peachy coral while the other one is more towards pink-y coral. It looks subtle as the highlighter. We can mix and match the blushes. These blushes are so subtle that we cannot go wrong with it. However we can build the color but it will not be very intense.

Bronzer is a neutral tan shade with some warmth to it. It is very sheer. A perfect shade for pale skin girls. It gives just the right amount of color and warmth to the skin without looking muddy or orange. I like it as I rarely use a bronzer and this does not show up much on my skin but I feel happy about using a “bronzer” haha! 🙂

ELF Natural Glow Face Palette Swatch on Medium skin tone

Overall, this is a nice and affordable palette. I am glad that I found it in Target for $8. This is a perfect palette for beginners. We can never go wrong using this palette. This palette is the one that we will use it on a daily basis when we don’t want to wear any makeup yet we need a little something to even out our skin. The ELF Natural Glow Face Palette is more for the light to medium skin people. I wish ELF had another version too for the medium to deep skin beauties. This palette can be purchased from the ELF website, Target as well as from Amazon. In Philippines this palette is available on Lazada website. I highly recommend trying this palette at such an affordable price.

Until next time stay beautiful and glow-y. 🙂
