Hi! Today I have the new L’Oreal Colour Riche Les Nus Intense Lipsticks to talk about. I am a huge fan of the L’Oreal Colour Riche lipsticks. They are affordable, great quality and one of the best at the drugstore. Some criticize the scent of these lipsticks but I love it. When the new L’Oreal Colour Riche Les Nus Intense lipsticks were launched I always wanted to get my hands on them. But these were always out of stock. Luckily, I was able to scoop them during the Lazada Philippines monthly sales. Every month the website has one day when the prices of everything is significantly lower. And L’Oreal flagship store is my go to place when I need to stock up on hair color, some new skincare etc. A couple months back they were giving away a limited set of five new L’Oreal Colour Riche Les Nus Intense lipsticks, when you spend a specific amount. Here was my chance to grab them.
L’Oreal Colour Riche Les Nus Intense lipstick is a new collection of flattering nude lipsticks with intense pigmentation. These are available in 12 different shades, that are perfect for different skin tones. The shades range from soft pinks, peaches to beautiful red, mauve and berry tones. The shade range is so diverse and good that you will definitely find one that is perfect for your complexion. I have five shades to share. However, I did some research and found that the shades I own are different from what is available in US. These are kind of ‘extended shades’ for Asian skin tone.

The Packaging
The packaging of the new L’Oreal Colour Riche Les Nus Intense lipstick is beautiful. I love the glossy rose gold packaging with golden accents. It looks luxe, elegant and pretty. It is similar to the regular L’Oreal Colour Riche line. However, the lipstick inside is shaped differently and looks unique. I also noticed the same lipsticks that are released in US have the rose gold packaging but the Asian version has this motif on them. It reminds me of our visit to Louvre Museum in Paris.

The Formula
L’Oreal Les Nus Intense lipsticks are very creamy and silky smooth. The formula is very light weight on the lips. It glides on smoothly and is hydrating and comfortable to wear. The pigmentation is absolutely amazing giving that satin finish. The color payoff is great. In 1-2 swipes we get rich color. But it is also buildable to get more opaque and bold pigmentation. It has a soft fruity scent, which I don’t mind but if you are sensitive to scents in your lipsticks, I am just letting you know. 🙂

The Shades
129 I Lead – I Lead is a medium warm toned bright red with a hint of brown in it.
186 Nu Irresistible – Nu Irresistible is truly irresistible. It is a warm rosy pink nude shade with a hint of peach undertone. It is a perfect every day shade.
187 Nu Expressif – A bright and beautiful pinky red with some cool undertones. The pigmentation is intense in just one swipe.
188 Nu Charnel – Nu Charnel is another cool tone pinky nude with a hint of red. It is a beautiful everyday kind of a shade.
189 Nu Aventureux – Nu Aventureux is medium orange with some red tones. Great summer shade.
Overall, the new L’Oreal Colour Riche Les Nus Intense lipsticks are totally worth trying. Right from the pretty rose gold packaging to the richly pigmented, long lasting creamy smooth finish. It wears well through out the day. However, since the formula is creamy, it is not smudge proof but does not feather either. You will need to apply it after lunch. But these also fade well, which I like. If you love nude or deeper nude shades on a daily basis, the new L’Oreal Colour Riche Les Nus Intense lipsticks are totally worth it. The glossy rose gold packaging, uniquely shaped bullet, rich color payoff and comfortable formula feels luxurious at an affordable price tag. These are one of the best lipsticks at the drugstore. I highly recommend trying at least one.
