Estée Lauder Pure Color Love Lipstick Review

Hi! Estée Lauder Pure Color Love Lipstick in the shade 250 Radical Chic was a gift from my lovely sister-in-law. If you are a regular reader you will know that I love lipsticks and actually believe a girl can never have enough lipsticks. Estee Lauder is one of my favorite skincare and makeup brand. Double wear has been my favorite foundation for years.

Estée Lauder, Pure Color Love lipsticks is a collection of high-impact lipsticks in 30 vibrant shades and 4 beautiful finishes. It has a wide shade range from classic reds to pretty pinks to beautiful berries and elegant nudes. These lipsticks also feature four different finishes from ultra mattes, creme, shimmery pearly finish and chromes. You will definitely find a shade and a finish that you like.

These lipsticks are designed to be mixed and matched and to play around to create your unique shade. Besides if you have a few shades and finishes there are endless possibilities. I just have one shade to share and it is No.250 Radical Chic.

The packaging of Estée Lauder products is always beautiful and luxurious. It is so different from the regular Estée Lauder Pure Color lipsticks. I love the sparkling silver packaging. It is a gorgeous mirror like gold. Estée Lauder is engraved into one side of the cap. The name of the lipstick color is printed at the bottom along with the shade of the lipstick inside. It also has a nice weight to it.

The shape of the lipstick is very unique. I don’t think I have ever tried this shape in a lipstick. It reminds me of a whistle. The angled tip works well, especially to get to the corners and the edges of the lips. But it feels a bit awkward in the beginning. However, once you get used to it, it works perfectly.

The formula of the Estée Lauder, Pure Color Love lipstick in shade Radical Chic is very creamy and hydrating. It is very moisturizing and adds a very pretty shine to the lips. It also tastes and smells like some sugary cake. I love it. Besides I love wearing these kind of hydrating lipsticks on a daily basis.

The shade 250 Radical Chic is a bright warm toned pink with some orange/red undertones to it. I love these kind of shades. The pigmentation is great and lasts well on the lips. However, you will need to re-apply it after 4-5 hours or after having meals. It is a pretty shade that is universally flattering.

Overall, I am really loving this lipstick by Estée Lauder. However, I wish I had a few more shades and finishes to talk in more detail, but will add when I have them.
