Revlon So Fierce Eyeshadow Palettes Review & Swatches

Hi! Today, I have a quick review on Revlon So Fierce Eyeshadow Palettes. Revlon released their so fierce line recently and I picked up two of their eyeshadow palettes. These looked cute and pretty at the drugstore and they were also buy one get 50% off on the second. Besides they reminded me of my Natasha Denona mini palettes. I have not tried much from Revlon, so when I saw these new palettes, I had to try. To be honest the pretty embossing on the palette got me interested.

The Revlon So Fierce eyeshadow palette range features six palettes in different color story. All the eyeshadows in this range come in shimmer finishes. However, the level of shimmers differ. I have two palettes to share. That’s A Dub and Clap Back.

The packaging is nice and practical. A plastic palette with translucent lid and four shadows placed in a row. However, these translucent plastics are prone to scratches. But for the price we just can’t complain. The details about the palette are printed at the back. It is a very travel friendly packaging. You can carry it around in your purse along with your favorite lipsticks.

The formula of these eyeshadows is soft, smooth and have a gel powder like texture. However it is firmly pressed in the palette. But it almost melts when we touch the shadows. I found it difficult to pick them with a brush, but works best with fingers.

The pigmentation is great. However, there are no matte or glitter shadows in these little palettes. All the eyeshadows in this range are shimmers. But the level of shimmer differs. Some have a pearl finish, some are shimmery while some shadows have a soft metallic finish. These shadows apply beautifully and blend well. I like that they don’t emphasize the texture on my eyelids. Most of the time I am like one and done shadow person and these shades work so well for me.

The two palettes that I have are That’s A Dub and Clap Back.

That’s A Dub – A beautiful neutral eyeshadow palette. The shades complement each other perfectly. I also like to use single shades to get that wet look.

Clap Back – The shades in this palette stood out to me. It look different and that blue and mauve were the ones I needed. In the swatches how gorgeous these shades look.

Overall, I am loving the Revlon So Fierce eyeshadow palettes. The shades are beautiful and you can mix and match them with other palettes in your collection. However, if you love matte shadows, there are no matte palettes in this collection. But the shimmers look absolutely elegant and sophisticated on the eyes. You can create neutral looks and also build the color for more bolder glamorous looks. I love how affordable these are. I highly recommend checking these out.
