L’Oreal Paris Le Bar A Blush Review (NEW)

Hi! While exploring new makeup on Lazada Philippines, I stumbled upon L’Oreal Paris Le Bar A Blush, which also mentioned (scented blush), which intrigued me. I am a big fan of L’Oreal makeup, besides it also mentioned that it was new, so I had to try. Besides, blushes are one of my favorite makeup items. I also love to collect embossed powder products. They look so pretty.

L’Oreal Paris Le Bar A Blush is available in six flattering shades, in matte and shimmer finishes. I like that all the shades are perfect for all skin tones and skin types. From cool toned pinks to warm peach, berry and deep orangey shades.

The packaging of the L’Oreal Paris Le Bar A Blush is very sleek and elegant. The black compact with golden accents and insignia looks and feels luxurious. It also comes with a blush brush, which reminds me of my Dior blush brush. My most favorite part is the embossing on the powder blush. I love it.

The formula is smooth and finely milled. The pigmentation is just right and blends easily. These blushes also have a mild berry and peachy scent to them, which dissipates after application. I have two shades, 04 I Choose Dare and 08 City Explorer to share and both of them have the same berry fragrance to them.

04 I Choose Dare – is a deep berry shade with some fine shimmer. But, the shimmer is very fine and not visible on the cheeks. However, the shimmer adds a lovely glow to the face. The pigmentation is lighter than the actual blush in the compact. It makes it easy to work and blends easily. This is a lovely shade for the fall season. It is very similar to one of the shades in my Maybelline Master blush palette, however the pigmentation is lighter in comparison.

08 City Explorer – is a perfect name for this blush. The deep orangey color in shimmer finish gives the sun kissed look. The shade actually looks like you were out in the sun. It is beautiful. Again the pigmentation is just right and great for summer time. Well, you can use it during winter as well. There are no specific rules :-).

Overall, I am glad I bought these blushes. Not that I needed them but wanted to try. Besides these are very affordable for the great quality. I also want to mention that if you are looking for highly pigmented blushes, like the Elf blush palette then these are not for you. I believe the L’Oreal Paris Le Bar A Blush is perfect if you are new to makeup and don’t want to spend too much money. Besides the quality is there. I purchased mine from Lazada Philippines and want to mention that every month Lazada has these deals on makeup and skincare. So you can purchase it at a lower price like I did.
