Hi! A girl can never have enough lipsticks, and its true! Today, I have Tom Ford beauty lip color to share with you. This is the first time I have purchased lipsticks from Tom Ford. A beauty brand I wanted to indulge in and what better way than to try lipsticks. Since lipsticks are my favorite makeup item and I needed a few in my ever growing lipstick collection. I purchased these during the good old days when we used to travel.

The packaging of the lipsticks is pure luxury. You feel it when you hold it. The highly coveted dark brown color with gold lining, glossy finish and weight oozes quality and luxury. The formula of these lipsticks is creamy and comfortable with great pigmentation. It also has a nice vanilla scent, which is not too strong. The shades I own are –

Tom Ford Beauty Lip Color Matte 04 Pussycat – Pussycat is one of the popular lip color. Its a pretty cool toned pinky nude with a hint of plum. In the video you will see the slightest difference of undertones in them. It has a matte finish with great pigmentation in one swipe. It feels comfortable and does not feel drying but is also not hydrating.

Tom Ford Beauty Lip Color 50 So Vain – Another pearl finish hydrating formula. It is a very beautiful rosy shade which is a bit darker with a hint of plum and very fine shimmer. The shimmer is almost not visible. The pigmentation is fabulous in one swipe. This also lasts about 4-5 hours.

Tom Ford Beauty Lips and Boys lip color 47 Cary – This cute mini lipstick is from the lips and boys range. Cary is a warm toned deeper pink in satin finish. The pigmentation is quite opaque and applies evenly with similar lasting power of 4-5 hours. The formula is hydrating and comfortable on the lips.

Tom Ford Beauty Lip Color 27 Bruised Plum – A deeper plum shade with some cool undertones. It has a glossy pearl finish, but lasts around 4-5 hours and leaves a slight stain behind. Very hydrating on the lips. Even though the shade deep, it gives a semi opaque pigmentation. It is also one of the permanent shade. This shade is also similar to Insolent Plum by Estee Lauder.

Overall, I am loving the ultra creamy texture and hydrating formula of these lipstick, which reminds me of the Estee Lauder lipsticks. The colors are pretty but not unique. We can find similar shades from other brands, but the luxurious feel of these lipsticks is what is important for a brand like Tom Ford Beauty. The packaging and the light weight feel and smooth texture of these lipsticks is gorgeous. If you are a lipstick addict like me you need to try at least one lipstick from this brand. These are highly recommended.
