Since the festive season is here, we all start looking for new and modern mehndi designs. So here are the latest mehndi designs for 2022, that I have collected. Celebrate the festivals spreading love and kindness. 🙂

Wash your hands with soap and water before you apply mehndi to your hands. Use a little eucalyptus oil on your palms before you start your design.

Always use fresh and good quality henna for your mehndi application. Do not use old mehndi powder as it may not add the desired color to the design.

Dab the mehndi design with lemon and sugar solution, using a cotton pad. This allows the mehndi to stick to your hands for longer when the design is dried. It will not peel off automatically.

Try to keep your mehndi on overnight for more deeper color. After you scrap off the mehndi, apply mustard oil, it helps to darken the color.

Add some cloves to a hot pan and let the smoke come in contact with your mehndi. Hold your hands over the pan for a couple minutes. But try to take precautions as to not to burn yourself. Doing this also helps to darken the design to deeper mahogany brown color.
